ePipeMaster offers a Capacity Release Module to support both pipeline and utility operators in the release of capacity to shippers and marketers. The feature is based on compliance with NAESB 2.0 and integrates seamlessly with ePipeMaster’s Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and internal Nominations / Scheduling Module so that both shippers and internal staff can monitor and control the capacity release process.

For Gas Supply groups, the Capacity Release Module supports the release of interstate transportation and storage demand releases in support of Retail Choice programs and general release to manage demand capacity. For Retail Choice programs, the module supports the allocation of capacity for each customer to the marketer pool and sets up a release record for the applicable transportation and / or storage contracts.

ePipeMaster’s Capacity Release Module provides full support of significant capacity release programs for interstate pipelines – daily, monthly, yearly, and permanent activity – with the ability to display capacity by requestor and the ability for shippers to post capacity to ePipeMaster’s EBB. A matrix type structure with index rates is included, as well as both biddable and non-biddable options.
